of the university.
Objectives
To fulfill its mission, The
Christian University offers degrees and education programs
for students to achieve the following objectives:
-
Prepare professional
leaders and staff for ministry positions in the local
church (such as preaching, youth, education, music,
counseling, deaf, discipleship, music and
administration);
-
Prepare workers who,
regardless of their occupation, will serve and provide
vitality in the local church (such as elders, deacons,
chaplains, Bible teachers, youth leaders, worship
leaders, committee leaders, and church-planting team
members);
-
Contribute to the
development of professional leaders and staff for
positions in para-church organizations (such as teachers,
administrators, and staff for Christian schools, camps,
day care centers, colleges and seminaries, nursing
homes, hospitals and retirement villages, and campus
ministries);
-
Encourage and prepare
students to be life-long learners;
-
Develop the whole person - physically, intellectually, and spiritually.
